Job summary

America's Thrift Stores is seeking a Processing Team Member to sort donated items, identify great finds, and help prep merchandise for the sales floor. You will assist with recycling efforts and keep waste out of landfills as you move merchandise safely on and off carts.

We value attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability. This role is ideal for individuals 18+ who thrive in a fast-paced thrift environment and enjoy contributing to charitable mission through donations.

What Does a Processing Team Member Do Anyway?

• Sort donated items and identify great finds
• Help identify recyclable items. Even if we can't sell it, we keep it out of the landfill
• Get those great finds sales floor ready
• Load and unload carts to get merchandise out safely and efficiently

Whether we are hanging the perfect jeans (thrifting one pair of jeans saves the world 1,800 gallons of water ya know!) or separating out recyclable materials, we combine our passion for customers and community service.
