Job summary

America's Thrift Stores in Gainesville, GA seeks a Processing Team Member to sort donated items and prepare treasures for the sales floor. This part-time role rewards attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced thrift environment.

You will help identify recyclable items, load and unload carts, and contribute to a mission that supports donors and local charities while protecting the environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to sort donations and identify treasures.

What Does a Processing Team Member Do Anyway?

• Sort donated items and identify great finds
• Help identify recyclable items. Even if we can't sell it, we keep it out of the landfill
• Get those great finds sales floor ready
• Load and unload carts to get merchandise out safely and efficiently

Whether we are hanging the perfect jeans (thrifting one pairof jeans saves the world 1,800 gallons of water ya know!) or separating out recyclable materials, we combine our passion for customers and community service.
