Job summary

Playa Bowls in New Jersey is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to support day-to-day operations. You will take customer orders, assemble beverages and bowls, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked environment for guests.

Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and able to work flexible hours. This role offers an opportunity to grow with Playa Bowls while earning a base wage plus tips and enjoying employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service experience preferred.
• Must be reliable, communicative, and able to work with customers and staff.
• There is no formal education requirement stated.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and assemble the orders
• Replenish supplies and condiments and maintain inventory
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
• Manage time effectively and meet all job responsibilities
• Maintain a positive work environment for guests and staff
• Check products to ensure consistency, presentation, and flavor conformity
• Perform food preparation or service tasks
• Use point of sale cash register system
• Addressing any questions or comments that customers may have
• Communication with co-workers and manager

Team Members are the front liners in providing positive customer service. The job entails: prepping fruit, making frozen fruit bases; smoothies; juices; smoothie bowls, take customer orders, cleaning work stations, and executing effective customer service.
