Job summary

Popeyes is seeking Team Members to be at the heart of the restaurant, delivering exceptional guest service and helping create a fun, positive atmosphere for guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, preparing menu items, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with deliveries and inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service is a plus, but training provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items (up to [insert weight, e.g., 30-50 lbs]) and stand for extended periods

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
