Job summary

Popeyes in Wisconsin is hiring Team Members to deliver great guest service, prepare delicious items, and maintain a welcoming dining area.

You'll work in a fast-paced restaurant, follow brand standards, help with cleaning and safety, and support teammates to meet daily goals. Training is provided, and opportunities to grow within the team are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items up to 30-50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

What You'll Do

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
