Job summary

Popeyes is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to be at the heart of the restaurant, delivering excellent guest service and helping create a fun, positive atmosphere for guests and coworkers.

You will greet guests, take orders, prepare signature items, maintain cleanliness, and support back-of-house tasks. Training is provided; flexibility to work varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and positive attitude.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered timely.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items (up to 30–50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.

What You'll Do

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
