Job summary

Regal Cinemas is seeking a Team Member for weekend and weekday nights in Charlottesville, VA. As a part-time Floor Staff member, you welcome guests, serve concessions, and keep theatres clean and ready for showtime.

No prior experience required—training is provided, with opportunities to grow across Regal locations. This role offers pay of $14.00 per hour, free movie tickets, and discounts, plus 401(k) with company match and holiday pay, making it a flexible option for students or those seeking

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, positive experience by assisting guests and answering questions throughout their visit
• Prepare and serve food and beverages safely while following all food safety and alcohol service guidelines
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized work areas, including auditoriums, restrooms, and common spaces
• Support guest flow, seating, and overall theatre experience in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily theatre operations as needed
