Regal Cinemas is seeking a part-time Team Member for weekend and weekday night availability at Stonefield Stadium 14 & IMAX in Charlottesville, VA. You will welcome guests, assist with concessions, and help ensure theatres are clean and ready for showtime while providing a memorable guest experience.

The role offers pay at $14.00 per hour, free movie tickets, 50% off concessions, plus 401(k) matching and holiday pay. Training is provided, with growth opportunities across Regal locations.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Willingness to complete Regal training and certification programs.
• Must meet age requirements for alcohol service (if applicable).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, positive experience by assisting guests and answering questions throughout their visit.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages safely while following all food safety and alcohol service guidelines.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized work areas, including auditoriums, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Support guest flow, seating, and overall theatre experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily theatre operations as needed.
