Job summary

Regal Cinemas in Marlborough, MA is hiring part-time Team Members to welcome guests, serve concessions, and keep theatres clean and ready for showtime. You’ll contribute to a high-energy, customer-first experience across multiple roles, with opportunities to learn and grow within the Regal Cineworld family.

No prior experience is required; training and certification programs are provided. Flexible scheduling supports students or those seeking supplemental income, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, positive experience by assisting guests and answering questions throughout their visit.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages safely while following all food safety and alcohol service guidelines.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized work areas, including auditoriums, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Support guest flow, seating, and overall theatre experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily theatre operations as needed.
