Job summary

Regal Cinemas, Inc. is hiring a Team Member for part-time weekends and weekday nights at Stonefield Stadium 14 & IMAX in Charlottesville, VA. You’ll welcome guests, serve snacks, and help keep theatres clean and welcoming from touchpoints to the credits roll.

The role emphasizes guest service, reliability, and teamwork. No prior experience required; training is provided. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within Regal Cineworld are available.

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete Regal training and certification programs.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, positive experience by assisting guests and answering questions throughout their visit.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages safely while following all food safety and alcohol service guidelines.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized work areas, including auditoriums, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Support guest flow, seating, and overall theatre experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily theatre operations as needed.
