Job summary

Chick-fil-A at Workstream in Euless, Texas seeks a part-time Team Member to support front and back of house operations. You will greet guests, handle orders, maintain friendly, efficient service, and help maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.

You will be cross-trained, open to leading shifts when needed, and participate in ongoing growth through learning from experienced operators and restaurant leaders in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Be cross-trained and work Front of House and Back of House to support operations.
• Respond promptly and respectfully to guests' needs.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, and be a key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize the day’s sales.
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle, prepare, cook, and store food per Chick-fil-A standards and safety procedures.
• Follow Chick-fil-A policies and safety, hospitality, and operational guidelines.

Team Member Responsibilities:

• Willingness to be cross‑trained and work in both Front of House and Back of House positions to support overall restaurant operations
