Job summary

Playland Mooresville Inc is seeking FUN, POSITIVE team members for our indoor playground and cafe in Pineville, NC. You will greet guests, check in customers, handle the cash register, and help with birthday parties while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Weekend availability is required. Training will cover barista tasks and food orders; you will supervise play areas and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced, family-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• Cafe and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Must be available to work most weekends.
• Ability to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Ability to interact with children and adults, work cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Train to be a barista, make coffee drinks and food orders
• Supervise play areas
• Provide excellent customer service
• Organize play areas, keep toys neat and equipment clean

• Answer phone calls, great communication skills are required
• Assist with birthday parties
• Other duties as assigned

Playland is a FUN, SAFE, and CLEAN indoor playground and Cafe! We host birthday parties, and have a full on-site cafe that offers food and drink choices for all of our guests. We are looking for FUN, POSITIVE, ENERGETIC, and RESPONSIBLE people to join our team!

Weekend availability is required. Part time and full time position available.
