Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC, operating Moo Moo Express Car Wash in Gahanna, Ohio, seeks a Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service and promote unlimited wash memberships.

You will learn the wash process, upsell packages, and maintain quality standards while following safety procedures; opportunities for advancement exist.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 25 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Excellent customer service and basic sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and present monthly Unlimited Wash Club packages.
• Upsell products to existing customers and explain benefits of memberships.
• Greet customers and ensure 100% satisfaction with a positive first impression.
• Learn the wash process and operate basic retail equipment (POS, etc.).
• Follow safety protocols, conduct quality checks and address escalations calmly.
