Job summary

Express Wash Concepts is seeking an Assistant Site Manager at Moo Moo Express Car Wash in Gahanna, OH. The role supports the site manager, drives sales of unlimited wash packages, and mentors staff while maintaining daily operations with a strong focus on customer care.

You will develop teams, monitor costs, and ensure quality and safety standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
• Basic IT and computer proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the site manager to ensure the store operates and meets customer service goals.
• Lead sales efforts by presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell products.
• Manage day-to-day on-site store operations and quality control checks.
• Help recruit, develop, and motivate teams to deliver the company’s mission.

You will also focus sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products to existing customers!
