The MilkShake Factory is hiring Team Members to create memorable guest experiences at our Pittsburgh-area shop. You’ll serve shakes and sundaes, share our story, and help guests discover new favorites through sampling and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve milkshakes, sundaes, chocolates, and joy with consistency and flair.
• Provide exceptional customer service and share product stories.
• Assist guests with recommendations and upsell effectively.
• Keep the shop organized, clean, and stocked (retail shelves to freezers).
• Support seasonal promotions and displays; follow food safety and cash-handling practices.
• Jump in as needed to keep the team moving smoothly.
