Position Overview

As a Team Member, you will support all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, cashier duties, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment. Team Members work together to ensure every guest receives high-quality food and exceptional service while upholding Jersey Mike's standards and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare fresh sandwiches according to Jersey Mike's quality standards
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process customer payments
• Slice meats and cheeses and prepare ingredients while following food safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Restock products and supplies throughout each shift
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver fast, friendly service
• Uphold Jersey Mike's commitment to quality, hospitality, and community involvement

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
