Clover Food Lab in Cambridge, MA is hiring Team Members to contribute to a welcoming guest experience and fresh, locally sourced meals. You will participate in food preparation, cooking, and light kitchen duties while engaging with customers on-site.

Qualifications

• No culinary degree required; all backgrounds considered.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Food prep: wash, chop, and prep fresh, local vegetables and ingredients.
• Cook and craft signature sandwiches, platters, sides, and drinks.
• Greet guests, take orders on tablets/POS, and guide them through the menu.
• Maintain quality and ensure safe, clean work and dining areas.
