Restaurant Team Member - FOH Team Member, Customer Service Requirements & Responsibilities We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities: Consistency and Reliability Cheerful and Positive Attitude Values Teamwork Loves Serving and Helping Others Applicants must be able to: Smile Create and Maintain Eye Contact Speak Enthusiastically Make Emotional Connections with Guests The physical requirements of this position are as follows: Prolonged periods of standing and walking; Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the restaurant; Must be able to lift up to 25-45 pounds at times; May be required to work in excessive heat and cold in association with the kitchen environment. Prior experience as customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member or other part time restaurant job experience is not required but is preferred.
