Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience with POS systems and cash registers.
• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to effectively resolve complaints.
• No restaurant experience is required; we will train you.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers when entering and leaving the premises.
• Taking orders on the drive thru headset.
• Taking orders on the point of sale in the lobby.
• Interacting with all guests in a friendly manner.
• Managing transactions using a cash register.
• Balancing the cash register.
• Accepting payments in cash, credit or check.
• Providing change and receipts.
• Filling drinks and making shakes.
• Processing returns and refunds, and resolving customer complaints.
• Upselling and cross-selling when appropriate.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR CASHIER

The cashier, whether in the restaurant lobby or the drive thru, is the first person our guests interact with! We are looking for friendly, engaging cashiers / front of house team members to perform the following job duties:
