Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
• Promote and recommend store products by staying updated on promotions and new arrivals.
• Upsell and cross-sell items to increase store sales.
• Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately and securely.
• Ensure the accuracy of sales records and balances at shift end.
• Restock shelves, refrigerators, and displays as needed.
• Clean and sanitize the store including aisles and bathrooms.
• Assist in inventory control including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
• Report low stock levels to the store manager and assist with counts.
• Monitor store for security issues and suspicious activity.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure customer and staff safety.
• Collaborate with team to meet store goals and improve customer experience.
• Follow directions from managers to support daily operations.
