Job summary

CrossAmerica Partners LP is hiring for a Team Member to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, efficient store. This part-time role offers flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, and evenings with weekly pay and a starting wage of $12 per hour.

The Team Member will greet customers, assist in locating products, promote promotions, and handle transactions accurately while upholding store standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
• Promote and recommend store products by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of promotions, discounts, and new arrivals.
• Upsell and cross-sell items to increase store sales.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately and securely.
• Restock shelves, refrigerators, and displays as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety for customers and staff.
• Assist in inventory control and reporting low stock levels.
