Job summary

Weber Enterprises, Inc. is a Taco Bell franchisee seeking Team Members who are friendly, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced setting. No experience required, and the position is open to anyone 16 or older with a work permit where required.

You’ll handle food prep, customer service, and maintain a clean dining area. Responsibilities include food safety, inventory support, and delivering a positive guest experience across dining room, drive-thru, and cashier tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and able to provide proof of age/work permit if required.
• legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work flexible hours.
• Possess a valid food handler's certificate (can be obtained during employment, depending on state).
• Ability to communicate clearly and provide friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food safety and cleanliness, follow sanitation guidelines and maintain a safe environment for customers and staff.
• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items to meet order demands and assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service in dining, drive-thru, and cashier areas; resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and follow hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
