Weber Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Team Member to support food preparation, safety, and customer service at Taco Bell locations. You will help with inventory, opening/closing procedures, and maintaining a welcoming dining area.

Ideal candidates are 16+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., with strong communication skills and the ability to learn quickly. Flexible shifts and part- or full-time opportunities are available, with opportunities for growth within the franchise network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and able to provide proof of age/work permit if required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work flexible hours.
• Possess a valid food handler's certificate (can be obtained during employment).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Capable of making quick, effective decisions.
• Quick to learn new tasks and skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food safety and maintain cleanliness following sanitation guidelines.
• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items to meet order demands; assist with deliveries and inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service in dining room, drive-thru, and cashier areas; address needs and resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
• Contribute to the team’s success through clear communication and a positive attitude.
• Follow restaurant policies to ensure high-quality, consistent guest experiences.
• Work with minimal supervision and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
