Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature items per brand standards.
• Ensure food is fresh, well-presented, and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, restrooms and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team and managers to meet daily goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items up to 60 pounds occasionally; stand for long periods.
