Job summary

Popeyes is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to be at the heart of the restaurant, delivering great guest service, preparing food, and helping create a fun, positive atmosphere for guests and coworkers.

You’ll greet guests, take orders, cook signature items to brand standards, and ensure freshness and timely delivery. The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility for various shifts, and a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or fast-food is a plus but training provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items (up to 60 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
