Job summary

Popeyes is hiring Team Members to be at the heart of the restaurant, delivering friendly service, preparing menu items, and helping maintain a fun, clean environment. You’ll join a team focused on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency in a busy setting.

Responsibilities include taking orders, cooking, keeping areas tidy, and supporting deliveries and inventory. Training is provided, and flexibility for various shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items up to 60 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods.
