Responsibilities

• Operates cash register or POS and uses upselling techniques.
• Verifies order accuracy for guests.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen areas, counters and utensils.
• Cleans dining room, restrooms and exterior grounds.
• Maintains Health and Safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed.
• Works at multiple stations (front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter).
• Attends shifts on time and follows grooming standards.
• Resolves issues and communicates professionally with team and guests.
