Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, processes payments and responds to customer issues.
• Operates cash register or POS, uses suggestive selling to generate sales.
• Verifies accuracy of guest orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, counters, prep areas and utensils.
• Cleans dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintains Health and Safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items.
• Works at multiple stations (front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter).
• Keeps punctual attendance on assigned shifts.
