Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, processes payments and addresses issues.
• Operates cash register and uses suggestive selling to boost sales.
• Verifies order accuracy before checkout.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, counters, prep areas and utensils.
• Cleans dining room, restrooms and exterior grounds.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed.
• Works at multiple stations (front counter, Drive-Thru, etc.).
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance on shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards.
• Resolves issues professionally and cooperatively with the team.
• Learns teamwork skills to achieve goals.
• Responds to guests’ needs politely and professionally.
