Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile, take orders, process payments, and respond to guest issues
• Operate cash register/POS and use suggestive-selling techniques to increase sales
• Verify accuracy of guest orders
• Prepare and package food and drinks
• Clean kitchen areas, counters, prep areas and utensils
• Clean dining room, restrooms and exterior grounds
• Maintain Health and Safety standards in work areas
• Unload and stock inventory as needed
• Work across multiple stations (front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter)
• Maintain prompt and regular attendance on shifts
• Follow uniform and grooming standards and policies
• Assist in resolving issues that arise in the restaurant
• Collaborate with team to achieve goals
• Respond to guest needs professionally and politely
• Communicate positively with customers, peers and managers
• Work well under pressure; be dependable and reliable
• Demonstrate good written, math and interpersonal skills
• Have reliable transportation
