Chick-fil-A Mentor is looking for Team Members to help create an exceptional experience for every guest. You will work in both Front-of-House hospitality and Back-of-House food preparation, delivering orders, maintaining a clean environment, and exceeding guest expectations.

No restaurant experience is required, and we value friendly, positive, and dependable team players who are hardworking and ready to grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver orders to dine-in and mobile-order guests.
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service.
• Support cashiering and other Front-of-House responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and hospitable environment.
• Look for opportunities to exceed guest expectations.
• Fulfill drive-thru orders.
• Our Food Excellence Team Members prepare, cook, assemble, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Work across kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembly, boards, and food prep.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment.
• Communicate equipment or maintenance concerns.
• Support the team wherever help is needed during busy periods.
