Job summary

Chick-fil-A Hammond is seeking Team Members to deliver an exceptional dining experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This role offers meaningful teamwork, growth opportunities, and the chance to learn from experienced Operator and Restaurant Leaders.

As a Team Member, you will handle both front-of-house and basic kitchen tasks, with flexible scheduling, Sundays closed, and benefits like health, dental, and retirement options for eligible full-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Front of House: greet guests, maintain eye contact, speak enthusiastically, connect with guests.
• Back of House: assist with prep, kitchen duties, and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules, dress code, and guidelines; support team and leadership.

Position Type: Team Member

• Full-time Starting Pay $11.00-13.00
• Part-time Starting Pay $8.50-10.50
• Part-time Opener or Closer $11.00
• Earn an additional $2.20 per hour as training is completed

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
