Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking a Team Member in Garfield Heights, OH, starting at $15.00/hour with growth opportunities. This fast-growing, award-winning company emphasizes customer care, safety, and community involvement.

You will educate customers on the Unlimited Wash Club, greet guests, and help during and after the wash, while handling basic POS tasks and quality checks. Expect outdoor work and a focus on safety and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on Unlimited Wash Club benefits.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations with strong first impressions.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.
• Comply with safety protocols and SOPs.
• Address customer escalations calmly.
• Understand and operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS).
• Pitch membership when interacting with new customers.
• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand knowledge.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Your Role

• Educating our customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club
• Greet and exceed customer expectations through long-lasting first impressions.
