Express Wash Concepts is seeking a Team Member in Maple Heights, OH, offering a starting pay of $15.00/hour. You will deliver exceptional customer service, promote Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and upsell products to boost sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (or current enrollment) is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Positive attitude with professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and upsell Unlimited Wash Club packages.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations with strong first impressions.
• Engage with customers during and after wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Perform quality control checks to maintain standards.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS).
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledge base.
• Pitch memberships to new customers and drive sales.

Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role

As a Team member, you will focus on providing exceptional customer service and focus sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products to existing customers.

Your workday will also consist of, but not be limited to:

• Educating our customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club
• Greet and exceed customer expectations through long-lasting first impressions.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.
• Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.
• Understand and operate basic functional retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.)
• Pitch our membership when interacting with new customers.
• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand the knowledgebase.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
