Express Wash Concepts LLC is hiring a Team Member for Clean Express Auto Wash with starting pay at $15.00 per hour and opportunities to advance. You will focus on delivering exceptional service, presenting Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and upselling products to customers.

Greet customers, maintain 100% satisfaction, follow safety guidelines, and operate POS/computer systems. Flexible hours incl. weekends, outdoor work, and a clear growth path across 130+ locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or currently enrolled.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand/walk for the full shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and promote Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations with a strong first impression.
• Upsell products and educate customers on benefits of memberships.
• Operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS) and handle transactions.
• Address customer escalations calmly and follow safety protocols.
• Learn wash process and assist with quality checks and duties as assigned.

Your Role

As a Team member, you will focus on providing exceptional customer service and focus sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products to existing customers! Your workday will also consist of, but not be limited to:

• Educating our customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club
• Greet and exceed customer expectations through long-lasting first impressions.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.
• Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.
• Understand and operate basic functional retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.)
• Pitch our membership when interacting with new customers.
• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand the knowledgebase.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

What You’ll Need to Shine

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.
