Job summary

Express Wash Concepts is hiring a team member at our East McKeesport location to deliver outstanding customer service and promote our Unlimited Wash Club. You will engage customers, upsell memberships, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Starting at $15.00/hour with opportunities for advancement, this role emphasizes growth through training, recognition, and ongoing development while ensuring high quality service and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and promote Unlimited Wash Club.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations with strong first impressions.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Educate customers on membership benefits and upsell products.
• Operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.).
• Perform other related duties as required.

Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role

As a Team member, you will focus on providing exceptional customer service andfocussales efforts byengaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packagesand upselling products to existing customers! Your workday will also consist of, but not be limited to:

• Educating our customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club

• Greet and exceed customer expectations through long-lasting first impressions.

• Actively engage withcustomerspre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.

• Maintain quality assurance throughaccurateQuality Control checks.

• Comply withall safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

• Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.

• Understand andoperatebasic functional retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.)

• Pitch our membership when interacting with new customers.

• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand theknowledgebase.

• Perform other related duties asrequiredand assigned.
