Express Wash Concepts in Bethel Park, PA is hiring a Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales of Unlimited Wash Club packages. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with opportunities to advance and succeed.

You'll greet customers, upsell products, learn the wash process, and work outdoors in a fast-paced environment. The role includes training, safety protocols, and a clear growth path from team member to leadership roles within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
• Greet and exceed customer expectations through strong first impressions.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance through Quality Control checks.
• Comply with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.).
• Pitch memberships when interacting with new customers.
• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand knowledge.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role

As a Team member, you will focus on providing exceptional customer service andfocussales efforts byengaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packagesand upselling products to existing customers! Your workday will also consist of, but not be limited to:
