Job summary

Salata in Charlotte Uptown is hiring a Team Member. Shifts typically run 7–9AM to 2–4PM, with Sundays off and no late nights.

You will prepare food, follow recipes, and deliver friendly service while upholding Salata standards. Benefits include hourly pay with tip share, free meals, uniforms, PTO, and growth opportunities.

At our Charlotte Uptown location, you'll enjoy Sundays off (we're closed!) and no late night shifts (we close at 7:30PM!) Our lunch hours are the busiest part of the day, so we are especially looking for dayshift availability. Shifts would typically start 7-9AM and end 2-4PM.
