Job summary

Salata is hiring a Shift Manager for our Uptown Charlotte location and our second site at Rea Farms in South Charlotte.

Lead a team during high volume, open or close with high standards of cleanliness and efficiency, and help prepare and execute the menu. Fast-casual dining background and prior leadership experience are preferred.

Enjoy growth opportunities, a supportive team, and no late nights (store closes at 7:30 PM).
