Department: Operations

Status: Non-Exempt

Reports To: General Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly customer service and assist travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately.
• Follow food handling procedures: wrapping, labeling, storing, checking temperatures.
• Prepare and serve food, stock, clean, and sanitize workstations.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain product knowledge and follow brand standards and safety policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, enthusiastic interaction with customers and coworkers.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift and carry at least 40 pounds.
• Good communication skills: speak, read, comprehend instructions.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
