Position: Team Member

• Reports To: General Manager

Responsibilities

As a Team Member, you will:

• Provide friendly customer service and engage positively with travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow proper food handling procedures and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist in food prep, cooking, packaging, and cleaning tasks.
• Stock and sanitize workstations and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain product knowledge and follow brand standards and safety policies.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

• Friendly, enthusiastic interaction with the public and team members.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, lift, and carry at least 40 pounds.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
