Responsibilities
As a Team Member, you will provide exceptional customer service, handle cleaning and stocking, process payments, prepare and serve food, and perform other duties to meet customer needs.

  • Engage positively with customers.
  • Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately.
  • Follow food handling procedures including wrapping, labeling, and temperature checks.
  • Assist in kitchen tasks like prepping, cooking, and cleaning.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell products.
  • Know products and services thoroughly.
  • Adhere to brand standards, food safety, and company policies.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
Friendly, enthusiastic interaction with the public and coworkers. Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Requirements
Stand and walk for long periods, lift and carry at least 40 pounds, communicate effectively, work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and maintain consistent attendance.
