Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s in Chico, CA is seeking enthusiastic, dependable Team Members to join our bakery/pretzel team and help create feel‑good experiences for every guest.

If you enjoy working with people, love a fast‑paced environment, and take pride in great service, we’d love to meet you! Compensation: minimum wage, with flexible 20–40 hour weeks and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays).
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location).
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout your shift.
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk‑ins).
• Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems.
• Ability to taste‑test products for quality.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
• Food handler certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and register systems.
