Job summary

Papa John's is hiring a Team Member to deliver friendly service, prepare quality products, take orders, and keep the restaurant clean and welcoming. You’ll contribute to a positive team environment and help ensure accurate transactions while upholding our brand standards.

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, preferred.
• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• You inspire smiles and provide exceptional customer service while upholding our core values.
• Must be able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As a Team Member, you’ll prepare quality products, take orders, and provide friendly service to every guest. You’ll help keep the restaurant clean and organized, support closing duties, and process transactions accurately. By following company standards, suggestive selling, and working safely, you’ll contribute to a positive team environment and great customer experiences.
