Job summary

Papa John’s is seeking a Team Member in a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant environment. You will prepare quality products, take orders, and deliver friendly service to guests while helping maintain a clean dining area and completing closing duties.

The role requires a focus on customer satisfaction, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards. Ideal candidates have 6+ months in QSR, a high school diploma or GED, and willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Uphold Papa John’s core values and deliver exceptional customer service; withstand restaurant physical demands.
