Job summary

Papa John’s is hiring a Team Member in the United States. You will prepare quality products, take orders, and deliver friendly service to every guest in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities include keeping the restaurant clean, assisting with closing duties, and processing transactions accurately while following company standards. Availability for evenings and weekends is expected to support peak times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, preferred.
• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• You inspire smiles. You're familiar with and have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service, and you will uphold Papa John's core values.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
