Job summary

Papa John's in the United States is seeking a Team Member to deliver friendly service, take orders, and help prepare quality menu items. You will contribute to a clean, efficient dining area and assist with closing duties while processing transactions accurately.

The role requires a willingness to work evenings, holidays, and weekends, with prior quick-service experience and POS familiarity. Training is provided, and the team strives to create a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and uphold brand values.
