Job summary

Synergy-Community-Cooperative is hiring a friendly, customer-focused team member to greet guests, operate the register, and suggest purchases. You will help maintain store appearance and support a collaborative team to hit daily goals while keeping things safe and efficient.

Flexible scheduling includes nights, weekends, and some holidays. Prior retail or food service experience, with cash handling skills, is valued. The role is in a cooperative environment that values community and growth.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or food service experience preferred.
• Cash handling/cash register experience required.
• Ability to obtain municipal seller/server certificate (min. 18 years old).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and operate the register, suggesting purchases.
• Assist with store upkeep and maintain appearance inside and outside the store.
• Support a fast-paced team to hit daily goals while keeping safety in mind.
