Job summary

Synergy is hiring a part-time team member at our Barron, WI location. You will meet many customers daily, prepare food orders, deliver to tables and drive-through, and ring up sales at the register while keeping the area clean. Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years and over.
• Experience in retail or food service is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food orders for customers and deliveries to tables and drive-through.
• Operate the register and handle cash transactions.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain a welcoming area.

What You'll Be Doing

Preparing food orders, delivering orders to both tables & drive-through customers, running the register and performing general cleaning duties are all things you can expect to be doing while providing an outstanding experience for our customers. What We Need from You

• Schedule flexibility - including nights, weekends and sometimes holidays
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to work in temperatures consistent with commercial refrigeration/freezers
• Ability to work with commercial food preparation equipment (grills, ovens, fryers)

Bonus Points if You Have

• Retail and/or food service experience
• Cash handling/cash register experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a municipal seller/server certificate (minimum 18 years of age)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Motivation to advance your career!
