• Welcome Station and Sales: Deliver excellent customer service, assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management, and promote sales and discounts.
• Wash Station Service: Follow safety procedures, keep wash area clean, assist with vehicle prep and identify preexisting conditions, operate wash equipment.
• Convenience Station: Engage with customers, manage member accounts including cancellations and plan changes, stock and organize detail centers, maintain cleanliness.
• General Duties: Maintain professionalism and uniforms, handle opening/closing duties, clean tunnel and prep materials as needed.
